Never has it been more challenging for a young person to navigate the trials of growing to adulthood than it is today. The competition to “keep-up”, the ever changing academic landscape, social media. Being young today means facing new, challenging, and often unexpected obstacles daily.

We are coaches, we are advisors, we are here to lean on.
Emperor offers a structured, goal-oriented mentorship program designed to support youth in need of additional guidance, as well as adults with developmental disabilities. Our mentors are dedicated to providing the support, guidance, and coaching necessary to help participants successfully navigate life transitions.
Employment coaching is also available for those between the ages of 15 -21.
